After seven years of terrible adult acne (ages 20-27) and all the harsh chemicals under the sun, my skin has cleared up, but the damage has been done. I struggle with hyper-pigmentation, dullness, and dryness. A few days ago I overhauled my routine and switched to this cleanser, the serum, and the day cream in the acne line. So far this cleanser has been an amazing experience. It's not just washing my face anymore, it's a mini spa vacation every morning/ night. I've even been waking up earlier and going to sleep earlier because I'm so excited to wash my face with this stuff. It is the most luxurious thing I have ever used (and not the most expensive). It is so relaxing. My skin loves the cleanser itself; I can wash my face without it feeling tight and itchy immediately and the light scent is so soothing. And the cloth! Laying that cloth over my face before removing the cleanser is heaven. This is self care. My skin is also looking better, but I'll need more time to properly assess that.

My all time favourite morning and second cleanser! It has the perfect balance of cleansing effectively and leaving my skin hydrated and not at all dry/stripped. Works effectively with or without a flannel which is useful in mornings when I'm in a rush. Lovely subtle scent too which my sensitive skin has had no issues with, even when it's being particularly fussy. Perfection!

Since using this and the ceramide serum I've had no new spots which hasn't happened for many years!!!! Much nicer than LE and doesn't make my skin itch or red. Pai products are worth every penny and I love having the safety of being able to send something back if your skin reacts.

I am on my second bottle of this cleanser and I love it. I was worried it might make my open pores on my nose worse, but it hasn't, they have improved. The rest of my face is dry and sensitive, plus prone to redness (and ageing!) .The Middlemist Seven leaves it clean but also soft.

This is my second big tube and it last around 3 months. You don't have to use a lot and does magic to your skin. My skin feels super clean, soft and well hydrated/ My first application is to remove my make-up and dirt then I apply tiny bit again to tone the skin. Works very well on my skin. I love the cloth - is amazing! Always use them together. Highly recommended.

This is hands down the best cleaner I have ever used. I saw the founder of Pai skincare speak @ StepUp Club in London and tried the samples. My skin immediately because clearer and softer + moisturised. I use the Camellia & Rose Gentle Hydrating Cleanser with the cloths they include. My skin is sensitive, and only has the odd spot at hormonal times, but this makes a big difference. Great stuff! Thanks!

I really love this cleanser. It's excellent to remove make up with very gentle on the eyes, leaves skin clean and super soft. Already my 3rd time I bought it, can recommend to all My skin is bit of combination and sensitive to harsh products also to secrets in essential oils so it was difficult to find a right products which would do its job.

I love love love this cleanser. I have combination skin and hormonal Acne Rosacea. I was at my wit's end before i found pai products. They have really truly worked wonders on my skin. After years of hiding away i now feel proud and confident of my complexion.

If you buy nothing else buy this (and rosehip oil). Economic -you only need a tiny amount, amazing, gets through my hundred layers if make up+pollution+oilyness and clears skin without the weird tightening or over cleansed stripped bare skin feeling. I've tried them all and always come back to this. The product ever , congratulations Pai!
