This new Covergirl in the tube makes my eyes water and nose run. Has something changed from the formula in the bottle? Any ideas of one that might not cause this?

Like many others, I’ve used the old product for years and loved it. Very very disappointed with the new formula. It’s sticky, gummy and doesn’t blend well. Please please bring back the old formula.
