I got the tan one and it blended very well. It was a little lighter but it worked out great for me. I love the applicator it made easy to apply on. I will definitely be getting this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first glance, the shade I received (050 Sand Sable) looked lighter than what I typically use. I typically use shades closer to my skin tone for a perfect match like a foundation, rather than highlight/contour. However, it was a nice change to try and see if this concealer lives up to the multi-task claim. I do see that it can be used to highlight and contour my face. In terms of conceal, it is medium but buildable. The consistency felt more liquid and lightweight, so it didn’t feel heavy on the skin and easy to blend. I also liked the size of the applicator.

The wand is quite large, and the fuzzy tip is designed to hold even more product, which seems strangely excessive for a concealer. It’s definitely a generous amount of product! I dabbed just a little off of the wand and applied with gentle finger taps. It blended nicely, so I recommend starting small and building-up coverage as needed. I used it two ways, once to cover a blemish and also as an under-eye brightener. It worked fine for both, but I especially loved using it around my eyes!

Once applied, there was very little time for blending before it “set,” so you do have to work fast (at least on my skin). I did only use it for my undereyes, and the coverage was good, but texturally it didn’t quite work for me. It may potentially be better for spot coverage just because of the inherently less delicate skin on the rest of the face.

It also drys quickly so you have to work quickly. Not the greatest but not worst. There are better drugstore concealers out there.

As colour match goes it hits the spot, but to blur out my dark first time mam eyes, brighten my complexion and save me for the day, then unfortunately it’s a no. Not only does it not cover well, it doesn’t also last, I guess as Rimmel products, you get what you pay for. I am no make up snob, but on this occasional the cheaper brand didn’t work and just didn’t do what it said on the tin!
