Noooo I've been using this for years and I absolutely loooved it. Why'd you have to change the formula, now it's a lot thinner, stickier, and smells WAY stronger. Feels less hyrdating. Please please please bring back the old formula.

Unfortunately this product stings on sensitive skin and over time is making my skin peel and my neck break out in a rash. My skin can tolerate retinol so I'm not sure what I'm this product is making things go nuts. Sad that hydra-10 isn't available in the US -it's perfect.

I've used this cream for four years. It was my favorite; no other brand could compare. My skin always felt hydrated and had no fine lines. Plus, it repaired redness or irritation in just hours. Now I find that the new formula doesn't hydrate as well; my skin feels dry and doesn't have a glass skin effect. The texture is different, like a regular cream, and it dries quickly. It also stings when I apply it. I also have to say the smell has changed. The first one was delicious, much better; this one smells like ordinary lotion. HELP PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FORMULA SOON!
