I have been growing my hair out and since it's been long and heavy I have been frustrated with the lack of volume and body. Trying to round brush and blow dry was frustrating and hair really only looked good for 1 day. Now I curl on wash day, have waves the next day and touch up the ends on day 3 for a blow out look. The curl ID is worth the upgrade for me- i don't have to think about how long there is heat on my hair. There is a slight learning curve, but I watched the videos on the app and picked it up pretty quick.

Bought for my daughter who has long fine hair. It was easy for me to use and curled her hair nicely for about 20mins then curls dropped out. Tried it from wet and dry same result both times. Curl just won't hold. Will be returning ID airwrap as it just doesn't suit her hair type.

My boyfriend bought me this for Christmas after I had wanted one for a while. Although I'm still learning how to use it through Instagram tutorials, I love how the air wrap styles my hair. The performance is fantastic and better for my hair than my previous hair curler. I'm looking forward to using my airwrap more and getting more confident with styling! I would highly recommend this product.

I bought the Dyson straightener and loved it so much I bought the air wave. I'm sending airwave back. Product is excellent but airwave doesn't work for really frizzy hair because it's impossible to have flat hair at the roots. So even though the curl works the overall look doesn't work. The Dyson group was really gracious in offering me an immediate return label and full refund. I highly recommend the blow dryer for really curly hair and air wave for straighter hair

My mom and sister both have a Dyson hair machine that I have used a few times and really loved, so I received one for Christmas. I love the lightweight and easy holding machine, and the attachments are very easy to change out. I also feel like my hair is not being burned every time I use it, so I appreciate it not being so heat damaging. I also love that my dryer, curler, and straightener are all in one, it also helps organize my cabinet and declutter. I do not use the bluetooth all the time, but I do use it when curling my hair or to watch videos.

This Dyson Airwrap ID is the best product! The different attachments are so helpful and all you need is just swap them to achieve what ever look you want! I also love that my hair feels healthier after each use.. it doesn't give off that “burnt hair effect”!!

The dyson is an overall okay product. It does not curl like the pictures or hold that way. I have tried multiple different ways. I do like the round brush, this just makes the product very pricy for the round brush. I felt like the airwrap made my hair frizzier than normal.

I have a Dyson and so do my daughters. I don't like the case. It needs to be designed better. The spacing is off and isn't enough. I bought additional attachments and can barely fit what came in the box back in the box. The inside of the box is black and the products are dark too. There is no contrast, making the pieces hard to find. The lid on the case isn't great either. The lid should securely snap on and there should be some type of handle for carrying the whole product.

I bought a styler as a Christmas gift for myself, but the Dyson company sent me a styler with a defect. Cooling mode does not work. I spent 480 pounds and I expected something better than regular hair dryer. I'm leaving to Serbia soon, so I have to send it back and ask for refund. So sad. I don't have a gift anymore but I have a bad mood and trouble with returning styler.

I love the Airwrap! This is my second purchase since they fail after the warranty expires. I tried other options before buying my second Airwrap and there is nothing close to how my hair looks after using my Airwrap. Wish the round brush attachment was easier to clean!! Mine came with TWO COMBS which do NOT attach to the airwrap, so they are USELESS!
