A lot of ppl talk bad about this off past experience when first released. With the new update you can remote play or play games thru cloud no PlayStation needed . Make sure remote play is enabled on PlayStation if you want to control your system on go(if you have ps5 otherwise use cloud gaming w subscription ) hope i helped others

The portal is exceptionally comfortable to hold, especially during long gaming sessions. The controls feel similar and high quality with haptic feedback and adaptive triggers as it features an 8 inch, 1080p LCD screen capable of 60 frames per second. The portal requires a PS5 to be on or in rest mode and connected to the Internet. Battery performance typically lasts between four and eight hours. Overall, it's a surprisingly successful device that perfectly fits my gaming lifestyle.

Absolutely an amazing piece of technology. Let me say this, you need a playstation 5 system, playstation plus premium. Playstation plus games, and now your installed and streamable library are accessible. With the newest software update, instead of just remote playing your console, you are now able to stream games, and streaming is pretty flawless so far. For the price its pretty expensive but worth it. The system is a dualsense split in half with a beautiful 1080hd display. There is a headphone jack port for wired headphones, and it is charged by usb c, or like a samsung phone charger. It feels nice to hold, its sturdy feeling for a hand held system, and its not uncomfortable to hold or play on like some handhelds make your hands cramp from being smaller for the controls, Portal has a relatively same shape and ergonomics as the dualsense itself

I brought this for my son and he really loves it because he can carry it anywhere he goes now he really don't play his PlayStation 5 that much unless he's in his room he takes it on the road can move all around the house and anywhere he wants to take it

Amazing way to play your consoles games/cloud games while not hogging the TV. I would recommend that if you are streaming your games from a PS5 that your PS5 be hooked up to your router using Ethernet. You more than likely would have a less than desirable experience

This is like a SUPER PSP! Love it and the gameplay looks and feels just like you're playing the actual PS5. The graphics are sick. Even movies look awesome. Hooking up is simple all it needs is a charge. My charge lasted 2 full days of gameplay while traveling before it needed charging. This is a great way to have fun with family while traveling! Love it!

Definitely do your research, I thought this was its own console unit. No one really explained from the research that I did that all it does is connect and pretty much “Bluetooth”, for a lack of better words, Your already standing PS5 to this. It's nice but it's not what I thought it was. My son was able.to use it on a trip long distance but there was times it wouldn't work also. Depends really on the kinda wifi you have, it did suck we had to leave his ps5 on at home so it could connect away.

This is the worst item for play station ive ever purchased in my life!! 😡 it lags on every game and your tv has to stay on just to play it! worst product ever bought

This thing is pretty worthless. You can only use it connected to your console. So what's the point?!?!? It's not an independent handheld device. We immediately returned this item. It was close to $200 for basically a controller with a screen. Hard pass! Don't waste your money!!
