Took me awhile to find the ingredients, and then I understood why they are hidden: water, glycerin, peg-40 hydrogenated castor oil, sodium hydroxide, citric acid, flavor, menthol, sodium chlorite, sodium benzoate, sucralose, xylitol, sodium bicarbonate. Decide yourself!

Yes, I have very bad breath, had it for years , If your going to use this product,try the lozenges. I found using the liquid has some after affects that make your mouth dry and your problem worse even though it works when you first use it. For every action there is an equal and or opposite reaction. Stick with the lozenges. They do work.

Oof. I wish I agreed with that- the taste was an extreme mint (which was nice), but my mouth was on fire! I had to pass this bottle on to my roommate (he loves it).

Despite what I'd heard about TheraBreath in the past, I did not notice any harsh tingling or other feeling in my mouth when I used it. I like that it is free from harsh ingredients. I definitely felt my breath improved instantly with use and that it stayed fresh longer than with my average mouth rinse. I appreciate that with this product I don't need to brush my teeth every time I'm feeling my mouth is a bit "funky" because my dentist advised that brushing *too* much can cause your enamel to wear and gums to recede.

No over powering flavor. Unlike other mouth washed that leave a taste in your mouth, this one leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh. My husband is more of a mouth wash user than me and he too was pleasantly surprised of the cleanliness feel without the torture. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I have not used the mouthwash as of yet but I have used the mints for about 4 years. Long before the mouth wash started advertising. I love the mints. They really help your breath but I started using them for is excessive dry mouth due to the medications that I'm taking. They really help and they are singly wrapped so you can carry them anywhere. They seem to have become harder to find at your local retailers since they are stocking the mouthwash.

I love most, actually ALL the oral rinse flavors, EXCEPT RAINFOREST MINT. I will continue to use it because I paid for it and don't feel it's necessary to ask for a refund. I will never buy this flavor again, I feel like I am rinsing my mouth with grass flavored mints. Not a fan. I love this company though and will purchase the other flavors.
