I have natural hair and never dyed my hair before so I was a little skeptical about it damaging my hair. There was no signs of breakage or brittleness and my hair is still healthy as ever ! Worked really well considering I have dark brown hair and it’s never been bleached. The color still shows especially in the light, it’s just more of a tint rather than actually dyed. Would definitely buy again.

Do not use this products if you’re thinking on going blonde soon, this is a really hard thing to take off with color remover or bleach, specially if you got red/orange under tones, this will cause your hair to get very damaged and dry, look for alternative options.

Directions are easy to follow and there’s a wide assortment of colors to choose from. Every other at home hair coloring kit I’ve tried has irritated my scalp. Revlon happens to be very gentle. This might be my new favorite hair coloring kit!

I had previously dyed my hair burgundy before using this and I used this mainly to touch up my roots and refreshen the color. Since I already had burgundy hair before this the color showed up amazingly and was an easy process although it would be different results based on your current hair color. I thought the process was made easy and I like how it included developer and hair conditioner for afterwards. The color wasn’t as vibrant as I hoped for but its still a great hair dye.

Love this brand of hair color. I have not used any orther brand since I have been dyeing my hair. I love how the after treatment conditioner feels on your hair. It last me about 3-4 months before having to redye my hair due to the gray hairs on my sides. This is a quality product for an affordable price.

Love this product! The color is a deep, rich brown. It leaves your hair shiny. Super easy to use. Just mix the color and developer in a bottle and apply! My color came out matching what was on the box! Overall, I was satisfied and will purchase again

I use this color silk brand a lot. It’s definitely a value box color. I need to use 2 boxes to color my hair. Which means you will need to home color more often. It fades within about 4weeks on me. I can start to see the grays coming in lol. But I can change between brown shade ranges and the end color result is always beautiful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was definitely nervous to try this as I am very particular about the box dye I use and wasn't confident in Revlon providing good color with no damage, but it turned out really well! The color difference isn't significant from my previous color, but it is just enough that I may switch over ! My hair felt decent after use - no straw like feel like some companies will give you! My only complaint is that there wasn't quite enough dye to cover all of my hair...

I have used this multiple times since I started coloring my own hair in high school. Eventually I did start going to the hair salon to get it professionally done since I am not skilled enough for anything more a simple dye job. So if anyone is looking an inexpensive single process, I would recommend this. Please be vary if you have sensitive scalp cuz it sometimes give me flakes for a few months afterwards. Whenever I need to fix a terrible dye job or go back to my natural hair color, I always use this product.
