I love this one for the top of my eye. It does move or budge. Its price really good :) I can't really say anything bad about it :)

Tried on my waterline. Disappeared so quick it could have been a magic trick. Not worth the money, time, or effort to apply.

Good on pigmentation. I use mainly felt tip liners for my eyes but this works just as well! It’s very easy to apply and easy to use which is good!

Like how the eyeliner doesn’t smudge like other products and it lasts on your eyes I like the product
