Would not recommend it for oily skin type, works smoothly for dry to normal skin, the trick is prep your skin before applying but goes smoothly with just applying a sunscreen. Its for people who prefer a more natural more skin, look.

I love the new Illuminance Skin Caring Foundation by Revlon. I thought that with my oily/combo skin that this type of foundation would only make me look oilier but I am really impressed with the glowing result. It provides medium coverage, lasts most of the day but fades well. It doesn’t look patchy. I apply with a sponge and set with a very light dusting of powder although the powder I am using at the moment is dulling the result a little. I’ve not had a breakout from using this foundation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation from Revlon and Influenster for my honest review. I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of this drugstore foundation! I love the pump on the top to get the foundation out, compared to other brands I feel like this one works a lot better! The foundation goes on really well, there’s a little bit of a smell to the foundation but it’s not bad, just a noticeable make up smell. I think it covers really well and was super easy to put on! In some pictures I think the foundation looks a little cakey, but in other pictures it looks really good! I guess it just depends on the lighting! The bathroom lighting seemed harsher so the pictures in there didn’t turn out as good. I would definitely recommend this foundation for anybody looking for a nice drugstore foundation! I would probably buy this myself if I ever need to get more foundation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin tone is like a caramel brown and sometimes I have problems finding my correct shade but never with revlon. Toasted caramel matched me perfectly. The foundation went on smooth and it gave my face a nice glow. It is hydrating too so maybe use a power on top of that I’d s problem for you. Coverage is buildable and I definitely will be wearing it again. Makeup lover should try this foundation out at least once maybe twice.

This is my new favorite foundation.  Its has thin consistency which blends in so well and evenly. The squalane and Hyaluronic acid keeps the skin hydrated and soft. I have dry skin but after using this foundation it did not feel dry or stretchy which usually happens with other foundations in case i miss using moisturizer beneath.  But its was not so with this product.  Though the shade i recived was a little light but with correct bronzer it looked just right. I would find a shade close to my complexion and continue using this foundation.

The coverage is perfect, very light but buildable, the finish is soft and leaves my skin glowy. I tend to have irritation with certain products and so far I haven't seen any. I love how my makeup sits on top of it, plus it stays all day!

The coverage of this foundation is wonderful! It covered my redness and dark circles under my eyes but let my freckles be seen. That's amazing! This would be perfect to use during the summer (like at the beach!) because it isn't heavy. This is a great product and I highly recommend it.
