I've used this brand and color before but this time, it was a horrible experience. I instantly got an allergic reaction and have all these burns on my scalp and a swollen very swollen face.

Very low quality, color didn’t take well to my hair at all. I had high hopes for this product considering it was going to be permanent, but it added no color at all to my hair. I was very disappointed.

Used this to take out the height lights in my hair. It did a fabulous job of added back the natural brown to the blonde highlights. It made everything blend and look flawlessly natural as if I just stepped out the salon.

I tried this when I wanted a dark brown color but the dark brown wasn’t dark enough this was the perfect color. Maybe a better conditioner. Very easy to use very self explanatory. Satisfied with product.
