It is safe for sensitive eyes as my eyes are pretty sensitive and I had no issues using it. . It is buildable and I applied two coats. It does give a lift . It is lightweight and does not feel heavy. The bristle are 100% plant derived and it is tested by ophthalmologist . Overall a very good product.
