I like how this multivitamin is created for women over 50 since our nutritional needs are so different from young adults. The price is higher, but I feel it's worth it to maintain good health. I'll keep taking it as it was recommended to me by my PCP.

I honestly didn't notice much difference when I was taking this multivitamin as I was also taking a hair and skin supplement, too, which probably directly benefited me more than the multivitamin did. I didn't notice any detrimental effect after I stopped taking it. On the other hand, to be fair, I didn't have any adverse reactions to the vitamin either.

When I turned 50 I added Centrum Silver to my daily regimen. I don't know 100% that they make a difference in my life but I do know I feel better when I take them. My doctor suggested this brand...I'll continue buying so long as I can continue finding them. I've had to substitute a generic version when unable to find this.

I am close to 50 and need all the correct vitamins to help improve my overall health. It is nice that is is a one a day vitamin so it is easy to remember to take. The vitamin is a lavender color and is smaller than the Centrum adult vitamin. This makes it easier to swallow.

Pill is a bit large, but just throw it to the back of my throat and swallow. No problems or issues taking it. Great way for me to save money too!

It's also nice that I don't need to take a bunch of pills that could upset my stomach, where this 1 vitamin is easy to take and easy on my stomach. I didn't have any side effects from this.
