!!!!!!!!!Horrible gameplay and lagspikes!!!!!!!!

Horrible gameplay honestly, just got it for a few weeks to test it out. First and ONLY game installed was valorant, i also downloaded a few other things like discord and medal/valorant tracker which should not effect gameplay as it doesn't even use 1gb of ram all together. The laptop keyboard heats up way too quick and the performance mode/turbo mode reacts the same when i run the game. Everytime i play a match i either disconnect, screen turns black, or i lag horribly which is impossible because i have 5G and ethernet, meaning its not a wifi issue its the computer itself. Its not just me who has these problems so beware when buying this product.

I bought this in 2025 to replace my 2022 ASUS TUF 17. It appeared to be a modest upgrade with an RTX4050 upgrade from 3050 and Ryzen7 CPU upgrade from i5-10xxx, but the performance is surprisingly better than expected and the sale price was unbelievably low (sub $600). Frame rate increase is substantial in most games. Also, this model has both standard AC charging (240w) AND PD charging (100w) via USB-C. The 2022 model only has standard AC adapter. I am very happy with this laptop.

This was definitely a refurbished laptop and they didn’t mention that anywhere in the description. The screen blinks off when you plug or unplug it, it freezes for no reason if you open an app after just starting up, and the quality of watching anything on this “gaming” computer is terrible. Plus, the battery is terrible for a “new” computer.

Get freeze in just 2 hours use

I bought this laptop because It has a nice gaming design and I was excited to use it. At first, it seemed like a great choice. Unfortunately, the performance is very disappointing. The laptop freezes and hangs every couple of hours during normal use. When it freezes, you can’t click anything, can’t close programs, and can’t even restart it properly. The only option is to wait until the battery dies . For a gaming laptop, I expected much better performance and reliability. It looks good on the outside, but the constant freezing makes it very frustrating to use. I would not recommend this laptop based on my experience.
