I upgraded from an S24 Ultra and the difference even in the screen alone is amazing. The battery life is fantastic and the new features like the fixed camera is insane. The performance on it is crazy quick, but I'm unsure about the durability cause I find it pretty slippery so definitely worthwhile having a case on it I think.

I also really enjoy the camera system. I like taking photos of everyday moments, and the camera makes them look clear and detailed. The zoom feature is impressive too, because it allows you to capture things from far away without losing much quality. It feels like having a small professional camera in your pocket. Another reason I like this phone is its performance. Everything runs very smoothly, and apps open quickly without lag. Multitasking feels easy, and the phone keeps up with whatever I’m doing throughout the day. The S Pen is another feature that makes the phone unique. I find it useful for quickly writing notes, sketching ideas, or even editing photos. It adds a level of creativity and productivity that most smartphones don’t offer. Of course, the biggest downside is the price. It’s definitely an expensive phone, which means it might not be the right choice for everyone. Received the phone on Thursday, but waited until Saturday morning to take it out of the box. Switching from an old faithful, a beautiful S22 Ultra 5G, in Green. Still looking pretty. Now the new S26 Ultra. Where do I begin? It's been only two days, and we're still getting to know one another. Right off the batt, Brilliant display! I have the privacy set, and oh my, what else can you ask for? Dazzling screen, perfect auto brightness, and I've honestly experienced less blury vision and stress on my eyes, and no, it's not the excitement, just a great screen! Battery lasted more than my S22Ultra would have endured, but hard to tell, S22 is 4 years old now, but it seems like the S26 is more efficient in how the juice is squeezed out of the battery. Camera seems to be much more superior and yesterday when j was trying to take a picture of my watch's movement, to magnify to get the SN number, the camera focused automatically on a close up with no issue, something that has been a struggle in the past with other phones. A significant and noticeable speed change (i play wsop) as it is noticed playing games. Not sure how it's going to stand the test of times, as it is still too soon, but i think we'll get along just fine! One thing though....the design on S22 Ultra will always be my favorite, with sharp corners. This gives an iPhone vibe, which is going to take me some time to get used to. I bought a Supcase pro beetle case, to have a bit more sharp corners, not feeling nostalgic

Ok so I've had my S26 Ultra for a few weeks now and I am pleasantly surprised at the improvements coming from my S24 Ultra. First, the camera and all the "goodie" modes it has over my S24. So much more fun to play with and the auto modes seem to do much better in a range of different environments. Second, the privacy screen. As advertised it's awesome if you need that. I've seen some reviews saying it makes people nauseous... definitely not in my case. It works brilliantly. You need to get used to it when you actually want to share your screen tho. Lol. One improvement I wishcthey made was to make the Battery bigger. It's fine for me but I'm not a power user so I can see those types might struggle a bit especially using the highest screen resolution. Let's face it, with a screen this gorgeous, it's a crime not to use that resolution. Great phone overall. I can't see anyone being disappointed!

The additional storage is great with the higher video file sizes. I love the privacy screen feature works perfect on my daily commute to work.

The camera is crisp and makes content creation perfect for my upcoming small business and the AI assistance is also incredible useful. Call assist has also been fantastic to filter my inbox and the privacy screen feature has given me so much security and reassurance when I am busy on the train and don't want peering eyes seeing my passwords. Cannot recommend this phone enough and looking forward to discovering new features the more I use it!

The AI features are genuinely useful, and the camera is noticeably improved — especially the clarity and stability at 100× zoom. It also feels lighter in the hand and the curved edges make it more comfortable to hold. The only downside I’ve noticed is the built-in privacy display mode, which can make the screen look slightly discoloured and a bit pixelated when it’s enabled. The battery life seems much the same and haven't noticed any difference to performance but overall a solid phone.

One feature that everyone seems to be talking about is Horizon Lock for video recording. Your videos stay perfectly level no matter how you move the phone, which makes recording content or capturing everyday moments look smooth and professional. Another feature that truly surprised me was the Audio Eraser. I was watching cricket and turned it on, and it instantly removed the background noise. I actually said “wow” out loud. The commentary became so clear that it completely changed the viewing experience. It’s a feature I’d definitely recommend using when watching sports or events. The best part? After showing the phone to my friends, I convinced three of them to switch to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra as well. Once they saw the features and experienced it themselves on my phone, they were genuinely impressed. For me, the Galaxy S26 Ultra isn’t just another smartphone—it’s a next-level experience that makes everyday use more exciting, smarter, and a lot more fun.

I pre-ordered the S26 Ultra on launch day, trading in my S25 Ultra, got nice deal with the coupon and extra storage upgrade. The main reason for upgrading was the battery and privacy screen. I’m super happy with the upgrade. The privacy display is so good—you barely even notice it’s there, but it actually works. The camera is amazing, and photos are brighter at night compared to my old phone. Performance feels pretty similar, but battery efficiency has seriously improved. Plus, the phone looks more durable and feels lighter now. Overall, I’m totally satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no issues at all with the tech and features of the new phone however i feel the design hasn't hit the mark for me. Comparing my new S26 Ultra to my S24 Ultra and there are several design elements that I will miss from my S24 Ultra. I don't like the more rounded edges on the S26 Ultra as it slightly crops content where the corners are and I find it noticible. I don't like that S Pen has to ONLY go in a certain way. I don't like the HUGE camera bump and that I have to use a much bulkier case to keep it flat on the table/desk. Those parts aside, the phone is very fast and feature rich!
