I like using this protein powder as a flour replacement while doing keto. I enjoy making fried chicken, chicken strips, and fried fish and shrimp, accompanied with almond flour, to give it more of a cornmeal-ish texture. Season it the same way you would season flour. I love it, and it helps me to not cheat.

This is SUCH an easy way to add protein to your diet! I was skeptical at first as I have tried “unflavored” protein powders in the past and they were terrible! This one has absolutely no taste. I add it to salads, soups, drinks, just about anything! Now, having said that. If you don't mix it well enough, it will change the consistency of what you're eating. Ask me how I know (oops). I definitely recommend.

Perfect protein product. No junk. Dissolves easy.

Good (very mild) flavor, dissolves in water easily with little stirring.

Expensive but I trust Isopure to produce an excellent product.

It's not exactly taste free. To me, it has a musty taste and makes anything I add it to taste a little unpleasant. I'll use the rest of this package but I doubt I'll buy it again. It is a great way to add a lot of protein to food that wouldn't otherwise have much.

Probably won't be buying again. I've been using this for a couple weeks now. I like the fact that it has no flavor and no smell. The part that I don't like is that it doesn't mix very well. I use it in my coffee only. I mix it with a small hand mixer and it's still clumpy. Some days it mixes better than others but still clumpy. I even had my husband use it and he had to dump his coffee out because it was chunky as he put it. Also the bag does not seal well, I had to put it in another container. I don't know if I just got a bad batch or what but I will be looking for a different protein powder.

I thought people were exaggerating about the taste but it's... it's really not good. I could deal if I could cover it up in break yogurt or a smoothie but I can't. There are way nicer ways to sneak in extra protein into your diet that don't taste like a bad prank. I'm going to give this to my teen because he says he'll take it but I love him too much to do such a terrible thing to him.

So far I have only been using it a week to get more protein into my diet. I chose it because it didn't have a bunch of unnecessary stuff in it. It mixes in really well without leaving a lumps and doesn't make the liquid too thick. I will be a regular buyer!
