I received my own free sample of Clairol Nice n Easy from Pinch me. I was eager to try my free sample at home, since I had never tried to color my hair by myself. It was nice and it was easy! Dark Brown number 4 was the perfect choice to color the grays at the top of my head and on the sides above and around my ears. The squeezable tube was super easy to use on those places that needed it. It wasn't mess or drippy -- just the right consistency and the color was the perfect match to cover those pesky grays while blending in with the rest of my hair. I was very pleased with the results and will try it again in the next few weeks when the gray hairs start to create a halo again!

I received this product from PinchMe. I thought this was really easy to use and apply. The smell of the dye was quite strong, but after wash, the scent was lovely. The dye is hard to wash off fully the first time. When I showered the next day, dye was still in my hair. I got dark burgundy and I have dark brown/black hair, the color isn't that noticeable except for when it is in the light. Overall, I like this product and would recommend it.

I have just dyed my hair this colour (5 m medium mahogany brown) and it’s turned my hair practically black with a purple/red tinge. No where near the colour on the box! Really disappointed as I’ll now have to use more products on my hair to lighten it. Would not recommend.

When I’m choosing hair dye I’m always careful to go for something gentle that won’t irritant scalp, it’s always a little worrying trying something new. I needing have worries at all! This was fab! So simple to mix up and apply! The think that really stood out for me was the smell... it’s was awesome not that horrible smell that normally comes with hair dye, this had a lovely sweet floral fragrance. Made the apication process much more enjoyable. Once on I kept i left it in for the stated time it didn’t irritate at all it was easy to forget it was on. It was easy to wash off and the conditioner was a lovely finish. It left my hair silky smooth and tangle free.. loved it! The result... i went for the all over colour. The golden brown was lively my hair jab been slightly darker originally so the golden columns brightened it up a lot it had a lively shine to it. The greys were gone! Not even a trace of them! I’d definitely recommend this hair dye... I’m converted from the brand I’ve used for years it’s nice n’easy for me from now on! #lovedit

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used many brands of at-home hair dye. I prefer amonia only because my hair needs it when I go lighter. This dye was gentle, and I like that it had no fumes. The color choices were good. Unfortunately, it did not get my hair as light as I would have desired. I would buy it again despite that, and try other colors also.

I'm so excited to be among the first people who Cairol gave this incredible product! Nice n Easy is literally that and so much more. It was my first time coloring my own hair so I was naturally nervous, the experience was a game changer for me! There is no way to go wrong, the instructions are so clear and the quality of the color surprised me tremendous. My color is looking, natural, strong as if I went to the salon for hours; what makes me feel proud is that it was all done with my own hands and that from now on I can trust Clairol in my travels, and last minute touch ups!

I love how easy it is to apply, the vast selection of colors offered, and the fact that the scent isn't so overpowering with ammonia like a lot of other dyes. It's reasonably priced, compared to others and gives just as good, if not better, coverage as other products. I'll continue to use this product.

As someone with naturally dark brown hair, I have always been hesitant to dye my hair a different color, but I am so glad I took the chance with this product. First of all, the application process was very easy and mess-free. The instructions were clear and the included gloves made it easy to protect my hands. The color itself was a beautiful deep mocha brown, exactly as described. It was rich and multidimensional, giving my hair a natural-looking shine and depth. After rinsing and drying my hair, I was amazed at the results. My hair looked and felt like I had just stepped out of a salon. The color was evenly distributed and my hair had a beautiful shine to it. I also noticed that my hair felt stronger and less damaged compared to when I have used other hair dyes in the past. I absolutely love this hair dye!
