Tastes really strong. I think it's better to use it occasionally and not every day. It's very drying on the lip/mouth area, so be aware of that. I think it helps with your gums but can be a bit aggressive if usually regularly.

Unlike all the other tubes I've ordered or picked up at Walmart this one had a big void at the top of it. I don't know why or how but somehow I got less product this time around and the way it feels it's like the inner tube is smaller than the outer tube so the price has been raised and then you get less product. Yeah that sounds really good for trying to convince me to continue shelling out my hard earned money for the product.

This is a good toothpaste but unfortunately, from clenching and grinding at night I have suffered a lot of bone loss. I have one tooth that is quite loose and no product can fix that. But for those without this problem I will recommend this product. It freshens and cleans well.
