I took it out of the box to use it and plug it in, but it started smoking so I had to unplug it and it stayed warm for a long time when I unplugged it. It's a really nice iron. but I don't know how good it is because it started smoking and I had to unplug it so I can't give you my opinion on it. All I know is mine started smoking so I don't know if it got damaged somewhere when they mailed it to me thank you

This iron heats up fast and does a great job of fresheninng up my clothes. This certainly beats putting your clothes in the dryer to unwrinkle.
