I've been using the product for 2 months and it stopped connecting to the Internet. I already tried everything I could find online to solve this problem and nothing worked. It is important to say that all the other devices in the house are working great with the Internet.
I'd like a position from the seller about it.

The Roku 4K streamer is so easy to install. So very easy to navigate once installed. You can pair the remote to your tv so you only need one remote instead of two. You ca turn your tv on and off, control volume and talk to your tv so you can find movies, channels and people without searching. I'm a 70 year old woman and I find it as easy as baking a cake.
