Me ayuda a relajarme y entrar en "modo de sueño".

Estos saben muy bien y no contienen gelatina repugnante. Tomo dos y me dan mucho sueño en aproximadamente media hora. La mayor parte del tiempo duermo toda la noche. Sin embargo, si estoy particularmente estresado, me despierto y no puedo dormirme. En esos momentos solo tomaré uno en medio de la noche y podré dormir el resto de la noche y nunca sentirme somnoliento por la mañana.

Yo era muy escéptico porque he tomado una dosis más alta de melatonina y no me gustan los efectos, pero pensé OK dos gomitas tienen 2 mg que sólo podría empezar con una gomita esto realmente funciona, no estoy seguro de si es sólo una combinación, porque hay tres ingredientes que deberían ayudar a dormir, pero funciona!

Realmente funciona

Solo como la mitad de uno porque no quiero ser totalmente noqueado, te pone en un sueño más profundo, dice que no hay aturdimiento, Groggy cada vez que lo uso. Solo lo uso cuando siento que quiero tener una buena noche de descanso, lo haré.

No entiendo por qué una ayuda para dormir tendría tanta azúcar. No solo es dulce la gomita, sino que también está completamente cubierta de azúcar. No estoy desperdiciando calorías en algo que estoy tomando como suplemento para ayudarme a dormir. Nunca volvería a comprarlos a menos que no tuvieran azúcar.
